What's included

A deployment plan drawn before the doors open.

Event security fails in the gaps — an unguarded side entry, a queue that has nowhere to go, a gate nobody owns. We map the venue first and put a name on every point.

01

Access & frisking

Door control, bag checks and a single accountable entry point per zone, staffed by people briefed on that door.

02

Crowd management

Queue shaping, barricade placement and pressure relief at the points where crowds actually bunch up.

03

VIP & green-room cover

Discreet protection for guests, speakers and performers, plus a controlled route in and out.

04

Vehicle & parking control

Entry checks for vehicles, parking marshalling and a clear lane kept open for emergency access.

05

Coordination

Liaison with the venue, your event team and local police where permissions require it, so instructions do not collide.

06

Incident response

A command point with a named in-charge, radio communication and a written incident log for the event.

How we work

From brief to final debrief.

Every event is planned against the venue, not a template.

01

Brief & venue recce

We take the event brief and walk the venue: entry points, capacity, timings, VIP movement and the routes people will actually use.

02

Manpower plan

You get a written plan with team size, shift windows, uniform standard and who is in charge on the ground.

03

Deployment map

Each guard is assigned a named post and a relief, so no point goes unstaffed when the shift turns over.

04

On-ground supervision

A supervisor stays present for the duration, with radio contact to the command point and your event team.

05

Debrief

After the event we report on what happened, what was flagged and what to change next time.

Where it fits

Events we handle most often.

If people have to be moved through a space safely, it is an event security job.

Questions

What organisers ask before booking.

How many guards will my event need?

It depends on expected footfall, the number of entry points and how long the event runs. We give you a written number after the venue recce, not a guess over the phone.

Do you provide bouncers as well as guards?

Yes. For events that need a firmer presence we deploy trained bouncers alongside uniformed guards, under the same supervisor.

Can you handle VIP or celebrity movement?

Yes. Discreet cover for green rooms, controlled entry and exit routes and dedicated protection, kept separate from general crowd control.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better, particularly in wedding and exhibition season. Small events can often be staffed at short notice, but screening and briefing still come first.

Do you coordinate with local police?

Where an event needs police permission or NOC, we liaise with them on deployment and access control so the on-ground instructions line up.

Next step

Send us the venue and the date.

We will walk the venue with you, size the team against your footfall and give you a written deployment plan with a firm rate.

“Half of event security is deciding where people should go before the crowd decides for you.”
