To be clear about what we are: 7 Horse Enterprises is a security company. Housekeeping is a support service we run for clients who already use — or are booking — our guarding teams, so you deal with one supervisor and one contract instead of two vendors. It is not a standalone business line, and we will say so if a housekeeping-only requirement is not a good fit.

Housekeeping fails the same way guarding does — people do not turn up and nobody is watching. Running both under one supervisor is the whole point of offering it.

Scheduled cleaning and consumables monitoring, with a checklist that is signed rather than assumed.

The same attendance and reporting standard we apply to guards, so replacements are the supervisor’s problem, not yours.

Wet and dry collection from common areas and coordination for bulk or society-level disposal.

Site walk
We look at the areas actually in scope: lobbies, corridors, washrooms, parking and the schedule you need.

Scope & roster
You get a written scope with headcount, shift timings and the cleaning frequency for each area.

Staff briefing
Uniformed, ID-verified staff are briefed on the premises, the storage and the escalation contact.

Supervision
The same supervisor who handles your security team checks the housekeeping roster, so there is one accountable person.

Review
Monthly review with you, and the scope adjusted when the premises change — a new wing, a new shift, a new complaint.

What clients ask about housekeeping.
Is housekeeping your main business?
No. 7 Horse Enterprises is a security company — guarding and event security are our business lines. Housekeeping is a support vertical offered alongside a security contract.
Can I take housekeeping on its own, without security?
Usually not, and it is worth being honest about why: housekeeping only works for us because a supervisor is already stationed on your premises. If you need housekeeping alone, we will say so rather than take on a job we cannot supervise properly.
Who supervises the housekeeping staff?
The same supervisor responsible for your security deployment. That is deliberate — it is why the attendance discipline holds and why you have one number to call.
Do the housekeeping staff work the same hours as the guards?
The roster is built around your premises, not ours. Most sites run housekeeping in a daytime shift and guarding round the clock, but the timings are agreed in the written scope.
Are the staff verified?
Yes. Housekeeping staff go through identity verification and a background check, are uniformed, and are briefed on your premises before the first shift.
